Kan ni ta hänsyn till allergier?

Ja, vegetariskt, veganskt och vanliga allergier går bra. Köket och bageriet hanterar bland annat mjöl och nötter, så vi kan anpassa men inte garantera helt spårfritt. Skriv i förfrågan vad du behöver.

Kan ni fakturera företaget?

Ja, vi skickar faktura och e-faktura via Peppol.

Hur långt i förväg ska jag beställa?

Tårta 3 dagar, middag 7 dagar och över 50 personer 14 dagar. Då kan vi planera in produktionen i schemat. Hör gärna av dig även vid kort varsel, så tittar vi på vad som går.

Levererar ni, eller hämtar jag?

Båda går bra. Hämtning hos oss på Lilla Brogatan 14 är standardvalet och det billigaste. Vid leverans tar vi en fast avgift inom Borås tätort och zonpris eller milpris utanför. Priset anges i offerten.

Hur få personer kan man vara och ändå beställa mat?

10 personer för mat (buffé, plockmat och middag). Under det äter packning och leverans upp marginalen. Tårtor och bakverk från bageriet kan beställas styckvis.

Ingår servering och porslin i priset?

Nej, det prissätts separat i offerten: personal per timme (med minimitid) och porslin per kuvert.

Vad gäller vid sen avbokning?

Kostnadsfritt fram till 7 dagar innan, 50 % vid 3–6 dagar och 100 % under 72 timmar, eftersom råvarorna då redan är köpta. Slutligt antal lämnas senast 3 vardagar innan.

Crockery per coverBasic: dinner plate, cutlery, one glass and a napkin. Dinner: starter, main course and dessert plates, cutlery, wine and water glasses. Washing up is included if the crockery is returned scraped, otherwise a washing-up fee applies. Broken and missing items are invoiced at cost plus a surcharge.

CancellationFree of charge up to 7 days before, 50 % at 3–6 days and 100 % within 72 hours, because the ingredients have already been bought by then.
