With touches of France and Sweden, and without complicated words or concepts, we play with language, food and decor in a way Borås has never seen before.
Idén till Balthazar är en salig blandning av 12 liters champagne, en tecknad barnprogramsfilur och de tre vise männen. Balthazar är en del av Viskan Group som länge framtagit guld och siktat mot stjärnorna och nu är slutklämmen här. Precis likt Café Viskan är Balthazar en mötesplats för alla människor som älskar mat och gemenskap.
