Bienvenue à Balthazar

We're right in the heart of Borås, beside the gently flowing waters of the Viskan, with a restaurant, café, sourdough bakery and boule bar all under one roof. The outdoor seating runs down towards the Viskan and is open all year round. Here, we really want to dare to think differently and be innovative with our menu, while staying true to the classics we know you love. The classics are still here, sitting alongside curious new combinations and a wine list with real substance. In the bakery, we make everything from scratch — our bread is sourdough — and we cook with the best of the season and local produce.
