What is the difference between the buffet levels?
See the menus above. Do not hesitate to get in touch if you would like help choosing.
What does it cost?
Buffet from SEK 399 per person, weddings and parties with three courses from SEK 599 per person, and cakes from SEK 55 per slice. The final price depends on the number of guests, the menu and delivery.
How do I order?
Send an enquiry in the form on this page, email bokning@balthazar.se or call 033-799 14 00. We get back to you with a proposal and a price.
Can you cater for allergies?
Yes, vegetarian, vegan and common allergies are fine. The kitchen and the bakery handle flour and nuts among other things, so we can adapt but cannot guarantee that everything is completely free from traces. Write what you need in the enquiry.
Can you invoice the company?
Yes, we send invoices and e-invoices via Peppol.
How far in advance should I order?
Cake 3 days, dinner 7 days and more than 50 people 14 days. That lets us plan the production into the schedule. Do get in touch at short notice too and we will see what we can do.
Do you deliver, or do I collect?
Both work. Collection from us at Lilla Brogatan 14 is the standard choice and the cheapest. For delivery we charge a fixed fee within central Borås and a zone or mileage price outside it. The price is stated in the quote.
How few people can we be and still order food?
10 people for food (buffet, finger food and dinner). Below that, packing and delivery eat up the margin. Cakes and pastries from the bakery can be ordered by the slice.
Are serving and crockery included in the price?
No, that is priced separately in the quote: staff per hour (with a minimum) and crockery per cover.
What applies if I cancel late?
Free of charge up to 7 days before, 50 % at 3–6 days and 100 % within 72 hours, because the ingredients have already been bought by then. The final number is given at the latest 3 working days before.
