Brunch at Balthazar

The concept was born on an inspiration trip to Copenhagen, where the team fell in love with the relaxed brunch culture and decided to bring that feeling home to Borås. Every weekend, we lay out a brunch full of life and colour. Choose 3, 5 or 7 dishes from our flavour-packed menu, from fresh to deliciously indulgent. Here you'll find fluffy pancakes, creamy scrambled eggs, poached eggs, fresh salads and freshly baked sourdough bread, alongside classics like eggs benedict and eggs florentine.

The menu is updated with the seasons and built on locally sourced ingredients, with plenty of vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options for everyone at the table.

We serve brunch on Saturdays 10.00–17.00 and Sundays 10.00–16.00, right in the heart of Borås. We recommend booking a table in advance, as weekends tend to get fully booked.
