We take groups from eight people to two hundred. Everything is cooked in our kitchen at Pallas Shopping, whether you sit with us, in Boulebaren, at Café Viskan in Knalleland or in the lounge at Borås Arena.

Borås Arena and Café Viskan are our own venues. Same kitchen, same staff as in the restaurant. To Knalleland we drive the food out.
Meetings and conferences
The private room seats 16 and has a projector and screen. You sit on your own, with parking in the building and walking distance from the travel centre.
The full day includes the private room for eight hours with projector and screen, morning coffee, a mid-morning break with something freshly baked from our own bakery, the lunch of the day with salad buffet, bread and coffee, an afternoon break and water on the table. The half day is the same for a morning or afternoon with one break.
Invoicing
We invoice companies and send e-invoices via Peppol. Municipalities, regions, public authorities and universities are only permitted by law to receive e-invoices. So it works for them too. Payment terms are 20 days net and the invoice fee is SEK 40 per invoice.
Christmas table for the company
The Christmas table is SEK 895 per person and drink tickets are SEK 95. Eight evenings in November and December, two sittings each, an early one at 17.00 and a late one at 20.00. Fridays and Saturdays go first.
Catering to the office
The same kitchen as the restaurant, delivered to where you are. We are known in particular for the cakes and pastries from our own bakery.

How many people can you seat?
Our private room seats 16. Boulebaren holds 60 for exclusive hire. Café Viskan Knalleland takes 100 and the lounge at Borås Arena 200. The arena and the café are our own venues, so it is the same kitchen and the same staff as in the restaurant.
Can we hold a meeting or conference with you?
Yes. The private room has a projector and screen and can be booked for the whole day. You sit on your own, in the centre of town, with parking in the building.
What does a meeting package cost?
A full day is SEK 499 per person excluding VAT. That includes the private room for eight hours with projector and screen, morning coffee, a mid-morning break with something freshly baked from our own bakery, the lunch of the day with salad buffet, bread and coffee, an afternoon break and water on the table. A half day is SEK 399 per person excluding VAT, the same for a morning or afternoon with one break.
Can we have a Christmas table for the company?

Boulebaren is one floor up. Boules works for everyone regardless of age or fitness, and it is easier to talk over a lane than across a table.

Pallas Shopping, Lilla Brogatan 14 in Borås, in the centre by the river Viskan. There is parking in the building and it is walking distance from the travel centre.

How far in advance do we need to book?
Call and we will sort it out. Christmas tables and kickoffs in August and September are often booked months ahead, while an ordinary company dinner can usually be arranged at shorter notice.
