Breakfast at Balthazar

Every morning we bake fresh bread in our sourdough bakery and serve juice with breakfast, so it feels homemade from the very first bite. We serve breakfast Monday to Friday, 9 to 11am.

The menu mixes the classic with the new. Here you'll find fresh sandwiches and yoghurt with granola alongside warm dishes like omelette and pancakes, always made with carefully selected ingredients.

Drop by for a relaxed start to the day or an informal morning meeting. We're right in the heart of Borås, and we'd love for you to stay a little longer.
