The weekend shouldn't mean that someone spends the whole evening in the kitchen. The Weekend Box is three courses from Balthazar's kitchen, ready to heat at home. We prepare everything, you pick the box up from us and put the food on the table whenever it suits you.
The menu changes every week and follows the season, just as it does in the restaurant. Below you can see what is on offer this weekend.

Enjoy three courses from Balthazar at home. We prepare everything, you simply heat it up following the instructions we include. Wine suggestions are included too.
Starter
Gratinated langoustines
Balthazar's garlic bread, jalapeño aioli and grilled lemon.
Main course
Grilled veal entrecôte with gremolata
Caesar salad, smashed potatoes and summer beans. Served with Balthazar's pepper sauce.
Dessert
Almond cake
With vanilla cream and baked rhubarb.

Pick-up: Friday and Saturday 15:00–17:00
